Works awesome! Makes cutting potatoes into French fries SO EASY! Can also be used to cut carrot stick and other vegetables. Once cut into sticks, the vegetables can be cured as well. Makes chopping things into bite sized pieces really easy, and keeps them uniform for soups, etc.
